1. Provider
These terms govern the use of the FinPortal service provided by Finportal GmbH, Sulzerallee 70, 8404 Winterthur, Switzerland ("we", "us"). By subscribing to or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
FinPortal is a CRM for brokers and advisors that captures client meetings and keeps records, pipeline, and follow-ups up to date. We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3. Subscription and pricing
The standard plan is CHF 197 per seat per month. Prices are stated exclusive of any applicable taxes. Subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment provider, Stripe, for the chosen billing period and renew automatically until cancelled. Any trial terms shown at sign-up apply in addition to these terms.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unless required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access. You are responsible for the data you process through the service and for obtaining any consents required from the individuals it concerns.
6. Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, and content, belongs to Finportal GmbH or its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any damages arising from the use of the service is excluded, in particular for indirect or consequential damages and lost profits. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
8. Data protection
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. We will publish the updated version here with a new date; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the substantive law of Switzerland. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute is the courts of Zurich, subject to any mandatory statutory venue.
These terms are provided for transparency and are not legal advice. They should be reviewed by qualified counsel before being relied upon.
