This policy covers personal data we process through this marketing website, finportal.ai. Our product (the FinPortal CRM and its meeting-capture feature) processes recording, transcription, and AI summaries locally on the user's own computer; that on-device processing is separate from the website cookies described here and is governed by the product's own terms and data agreements.

3. What data we process

• Server logs: when you visit, our hosting provider may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to deliver the site securely.
• Contact: if you email us, we process the data you send so we can reply.
• Checkout form: before you reach the payment step, we collect your first and last name, email address, and optionally your phone number. We use these details to set up your account and to contact you about your pilot. They are stored in our own CRM system (hosted on Google Cloud). The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and the corresponding provisions of the revised Swiss FADP).
• Checkout payment: if you start a subscription, payment is handled by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
• Cookies and similar technologies: as described below.
