FinPortal is a Swiss software company. We build the CRM that insurance brokers and financial advisors use to run their client work, and we make it keep itself up to date after every meeting.
Most software for brokers and advisors adds work. You still type the notes, move the deals, and chase the follow-ups by hand. We started FinPortal to flip that around: the admin after a client meeting should happen on its own, so you spend your day advising clients instead of catching up on records.
What we believe
Advisors and brokers are at their best in the conversation, not in the CRM afterwards. The hours lost to notes, data entry, and follow-up drafting are hours not spent with clients. Software should remove that work, not pile more of it on.
We also believe client data is not ours to move around. That is why recording, transcription, and AI processing run on your own computer and the audio never leaves your laptop.
